just read the list of "significant project"s on SA government website, go through all these project, 5-7 years approval time is normal if not quite fast....

maybe this a good project , but who knows which company will end up doing the project...

the company have not been honest imo for the significant project announcement, it is significant for sure but on the other hand it will require a lot more approvals and long processes

maybe the share price will have a quick bounce maybe double , but the risk of administration is high ....

I guess the Korean company maybe have more to gain if NRZ goes to administration, as they maybe the biggest creditor ... imo
