Ordinary Shares worth $2,248,000, already paid for, will be taken up at a time of the Investor's choosing, and cause more dilution.

The price of each share will be as low as the Investor can manage to select, in accordance with the requirements of the latest Agreement.

If the share price is 10 cents, 22,480,000 shares will be issued. Don't expect more money, just dilution.
