The bloke at the top is a dictator and narcissist, he is the Senior management and the family are probably beholden to him. What I do not understand is the other major holders do not appear to vote against anything that is offered up at AGMs etc, perhaps they have just written off the loss in their minds and hope one day a miracle will occur. As you say the the only beneficiaries are those receiving salaries, loan repayments at high interest rates and related party payments.
The ship is more likely to hit an iceberg before it will ever turn around. All my opinion of course.
