    ASIC looked into CTO before (about a year ago) and the responses given by the board were absolutely absurd at best but no moves from ASIC; why?
    is there a body higher than ASIC that can put CTO through proper review and hold the board questionable for their incompetencies? A legislation-crazy country like Australia sure is slack scrutinizing Public Listed companies (at least the small ones), why????? I'm really frustrated with the lazy attitude of the CTO board.
