Just to round things off, IMO, that $5.0 million Option was an "Institutional Share Placement Agreement" and never a "Financing Facility". Therefore, it would be released only when certain conditions were met. And I believe that they have now been satisfied, and drawdown can proceed, and probable already has. We wait and see.
