Please don't be cynical. These are the facts as I see them. I think that they are serious, but don't seem to match the rhetoric portrayed in information sessions. They seem to be just talking to this one, talking to that one, assessing this and assessing that. Strategic partners, notes and the like. Nothing definite. How long are you prepared to wait.
You and others see NRZ as a "buy", but I cannot see one shred of credible evidence that gives me confidence in their ability to enhance short term shareholder value. Just where is the bottom for this stock. Funding at what cost to shareholder.
I have to ask. Is NRZ a "good buy" or is it a "goodbye"?
Please convince me otherwise, with some solid facts. Over to you.
