I am not all that concerned about the $5 million drawdown facility. I have what I think is a plausible theory. If it's turned into cash, one party might benefit a little more than the other, depending on how the transfer is initiated. No big deal at the moment, IMO.

More importantly. If I were a shareholder, and I'm not at the moment, I would be looking very carefully at, and comparing, the last two 5Bs in general, and in particular Items 1.2 (d) & 1.2 (e).

I would be very concerned about those items and would be asking management to explain just exactly what is going on over there.
