I remember looking at the numbers a few years back, worked out that they were doing this pay Tony rent thing for large amount of office space multiple times with only 1 part time staff member on the books across 3 or 4 companies. And it was way over the market value for rentals in that area as well.
Basically Tony paying down his real estate investment through the company, it was quite impressive that the ATO didn't pull them up on it.
