7th and 8th Feb this year Biden (well aware of block 9 supergiant oil field) has to talk to bob mendez about Cuba the day after acknowledging ‘we are going to need oil for a long time.’
Im guessing by February after A3 everyone will be talking about block 9 flowing 15k bopd from a3 and this new supergiant oilfield in Cuba. Melbana will be a household name.
