    I hate being the devils advocate here, but a lot has happened since March.

    I dont think the choice of new speaker of the US house is indicative that the US government with be sending flowers and birthday party invites to the Cuban government anytime soon. However, it will be very interesting, if in true republican form, to see if oil talks and BS walks.
