You pretty much answered your own Question ...why so heavily discounted? ... other reasons I could add is

.till FCF is flowing into MAYs bank acc .. I think many will sit on the sidelines esp when will have such a fearful market ...Bank term deposits now pay decent safe 5%+ returns ..wholesale punter rates near double that for a bit more risk ..
Bit harder to sell MAY shares to punters when WW3 could kick off etc ..
Personally, I like the RISK reward here esp as MAY has shown in the latest Qty they aren't wasting capital ..and won't need to raise till next year IMHO
