I think you are missing my point, many times throughout the ANN they revert to March - at least five times. I know they mentioned the quarter, that allows them to be accurate if earlier.
Never before have they provided a month. We always see an open ended, 'beggining of the first half the year' or like. Have a read for yourself of previoius announcements-dont take my word.
I'm not going to get into a tit for tat thing here. But, all Im suggesting is Its a good start, its a month they provided, and much closer than the previous rubbish we read in past announcements.
