I believe you answered your own question there with that cut and paste above, it is very clear they have pencilled in March.
Notably, they do not control the Korean, Canadian, or German government timelines. But ARU wouldnt have been the first, nor the last to progress to this stage - particularly with the ECA's, and so those timelines would be getting more accurate now.
Further, if they play games, we move on to the other offtakers waiting...the US, is hanging to hand out money for a slice of these processed rare earths from ARU...the existing offtakers need to be careful if stuffing ARU around any further.
Good things don't wait.
@PetesGold I think we will see that Hyundai/Kia, and others (maybe Hancock) will already have secured a bunch of that $500M Equity.
