after this report the shorts will have a field day,the progress has been to slow and the extended timelines are the problem unless the gov steps up the assistance in loaning the money
now is it time to change their approach for the funding going forward,instead of an off take with conditions ,with the need of rare earths into the future growing what other reason is there behind the snail pace.now could it be that this board is not capable of delivering,now what is gina view on this,dose she step up to the plate with a bit of cash,??????
