Since October 2023 (when the news was first announced), I think it has been longer than (45 days of due diligence + 8 days of finalisation = 53) working days, even after taking into account public holidays?

Next week must be the final week regarding the IDC loan. Absent any news, they'd better provide very detailed explanations in the quarterly.
