Not directly, yes, but it can be inferred from the guidance on production starting "H1-2024" that was given VERY RECENTLY.
How can they start producing by the end of June, if by the end of Jan, not a single cent of funding has been received? With the "H1-2024" guidance, the absolute latest time that all funding ($26m) has to be received will have to be some time in Feb. If this is starting to be unlikely, they'd better update the guidance on first production timeline ASAP.
