    Giyani Metals received confirmation of USD $16m in funding on 30 November 2023. The funding terms included a clause that allowed the IDC to convert any outstanding loan amount into shares up to 19.9% of total ownership.

    I expect MNB to receive similar terms. This seems reasonable to me given there is a high chance the outstanding loan amount will be nil or very small for MNB.
