Chuck they can't even get the fertilizer plant on time and now you factoring in the ammonia project as value to share holders. Chuck how many times do you see company share price decline then a few months latter the shareholders get hit for six. It's a possibility especially if there quarterly cash burn is high. Not saying it's going to happen but sitting on the fence waiting just in case the the cr is cheap. I am just having a guess but issuing 5 hundred million shares 5000000000 at around 5 cents would raise 25million. Then they can get the plant built quickly so the farmers can get there fertilizer quickly.
