    Hoffa I agree the company will soon have to make a decision about shoring up its balance sheet. Sometimes they seek assistance with a stockbroker of investment firm whom could raise funds for them by offering their clients shares in Minbos at a heavily discounted price to the market so they feel comfortable taking the risk. If they said 5 cents would the company take it.
