The farm in with Newcrest/Newmont could take 6 years - i.e. they have the right of refusal so effectively unless someone else forces their hand, they can do no T/O for 6 years. Meanwhile GBZ is out of cash and cannot sell or raise cash, what gives? Along with the con note, I think between a rock and a hard place is an understatement at present.
