hahaha, raising fund in this situation is just unreasonable. i think they will secure internal loan from Chinese counterpart.
the only issue is this short term liquidity. commercially it is still viable i think. in term of loan, that's loan to shareholder.
been wondering if they sell the intellectual property, how much would it worth?
