Are you factoring in the money that Phil will likely be required to pay back, given that he accepted a stuff up that was putting him over $1M for 9 odd months ?
This should likely be taken off that potato’s payout.
Agree with the loan, Justyn has a good relationship with CNE, who I believe were initially going to bankroll the entire project, prior to the Australia/China relationship breakdown.
They have a board seat and are interested in the IP re:hydrogen … but yes, money needed yesterday.
