What i really mean is Government has given us this news at the 11th hour which can affectively / indirectly shut the project down. I'm not saying it is intentional however it is detrimental to the project at this moment in time. Had we known earlier the EIS could of happend concurrent to other activities.
Our largest investors must know by now if they are going to stick this one out. Shareholders need another announcement quick or it looking looking like lights out for NRZ.
