You do a cap raising for x amount of shares at 16c to plan to x + percentage shares at lower prices to hurt the shorters.
shorters would be loving this logic.
and you wonder why this keeps dropping like a stone day in day out.
watching for capitulation volumes. alternatively this will be death by a thousands cuts only for someone privatize this at cents in the dollar.
