Our risk tolerance and emotion towards ARU are clearly on a different level. Zero chance I would buy back in without FID and signed off takes, regardless of the price.
The facts are, it’s Jan 2024, the sale has not been closed, finance has not been closed. Until (if) that time comes, they are just selling you wolf tickets.
I do appreciate the thinking outside the box, and presenting the ideas. However, If you missed it, the cash in bank will eventually run down and there will be difficulties to overcome. Why try get smart now, for a short term bump? How many books can I read about the merits of buy backs during a mining companies orphan stage?
Also, unwise to think any floor is a certainty to hold. Someone would take advantage and exploit the situation.
What amazes me is the waffle about lawsuits. Own your calls.
