Not many CEO would bother with AVW given his salary.
What would the alternative have been, could you really have found such an experienced CEO to work for a poor salary.

Seems you didn't understand my comment.

Why would a CEO continue to work for such a 'poor' salary. I'm all for paying CEOs more if it adds value for shareholders.
