Being in the process of remodelling the plant for yellow phosphorus is new. It was previously only being evaluated.
It can't imagine that it would to produce the end product yet but I'd guess some way of separating different grades or removing certain impurities for yellow phosphorus feedstock and maybe increased capacity.
Either way sounds like increasing confidence that they will at least be supplying raw product as a feed source for yellow phosphorus and then hopefully also have some involvement in the downstream processing in Angola.
