I know what the sp does over the medium to long term depends on news but a lot of investors do hold off buying a stock while it's in a downtrend.
Minbos was in a downtrend for most of last year. Any interested investors may have been waiting for the sp to turn before buying. Some investors sell simply because a sp is trending down or if stop losses are triggered.
That is now changing with the sp having a false break below the previous 7.6c support but rebounding strongly since. That drop might have fushed out a few last sellers on stop loss selling.
After hitting 9.1 and pulling back to 7.7 then rising again, the chart formed a higher low of 7.7 vs 7c. Now it has climbed to 9.5 so a higher high is in a s well. That defines a new uptrend. That in turn can give a green light to anyone that likes what they see fundamentally but doesn't like buying into a downtrend or "catching a falling knife" as they say.
