    The issue with the funding delay, is that the providers of the finance now have the whip hand as MNB needs that cash.

    The longer the delay, the tougher the funds "deal" becomes - and who pays in the long run - shareholders. Share price liquidity becomes an issue as potential new investors sit and watch.

    This organization has had ample time to get this side of the business model in place and they have been slack!
