I also just noticed that the TSP prices are out for January and are still relatively stable over the last six months after correcting earlier last year from the spike to $716 in 2022. The price was an average of $450.6 for January, up a little from $447.5 in December. That's above the base case $422 assumption in the DFS which was the prior 15 years average at the time of the DFS.

Around 23 years (from start of 2000) Chart of the TSP price below. It's too variable to value a company based on the spot price so an average price (and expected future prices) should be used. Maybe somewhere near that blue line which is comfortably above the DFS $422 15 year average.
The current TSP price is also above that $422.
