    Do not recall stating 3c as a target price

    But under current prices Maybe in 5c's looks likely for a imminent CR as cash reserves are under 2 quarters for running costs

    For construction Funding - on going talks and as stated interest rates have increased 12-13 times since 2023

    Good to see you are still recommending a strong buy as one would not want to miss the rise coming - note you have been saying this for over 12 months now

    Tine to adjust the 29.5c downwards once again
