Fully agree Chuk, the market hates uncertainty, hates waiting, shareholders get nervous and it only takes very little volume with this stock to push the price down. Buyers tend to sit on the side line, waiting for confirmation of finance before investing. They probably won't miss the boat, but will be very lucky to buy any meaningful quantity below 11c.
As I said in an earlier post, the CFO didn't travel to Angola to watch the corn grow.
Even signing contracts for civil works etc doesn't require the CFO, as someone said, this project is too important to Angola to fail. We don't want to miss the upcoming growing season & neither does Carrinho or the Government.
