the only thing that was not mentioned was the ALA: Australian lithium alliance ( was this canceled with EVM bailing out)
they just hold few shares that they bought at a premium when they showed first time. 1m been a bit of problem, they wont pay things like that are hard to recover, staffing this that you said i said etc messy if they dnt pay , nothing ZNC can do if they recover 500-600k that will be ok as long as they negotiate a good way out
