    Small project/plant is not profitable/economical, hence no other projects in the western world.

    Some companies want to be the best. I guess you selected well. History will tell.

    Change of leaders was strategic, partly for the benefit of equity/stakeholders confidence. The balance of the reason was for operations experience.
