Think we would have to ask the Insto shorting how long that piece of string is - they appear to have the inside knowledge and this quarterly report suggests ( the comment on slow speed/managed budget through to FID and that in turn provides a cash runway to end of 2024) hints the financial close is some time away and we now see clearly why that last SPP/CR took place.

Overall an excellent report. Answered some of my questions. pleased to see prudent cash management implemented - no plan for any raise soon.
I can envisage managements plan to release each finance term going binding individually (not as one) until debt package is complete - thus supporting the SP along the way and then the equity raise at a sp reflective on debt completion - fair value as opposed to current low valuation - all the while NdPr prices anticipated to trend up - nice scenario.

Second half 2024 it now is - she/orts will enjoy another free hit - well nothing that they did not know already.
