build it small then they would have had it up and running and selling product which the profit would have allowed the plant to be expamnded
all these years and change of leaders have not yet given us FID, and the persuit of capital and off takes,could it be the large price tag caused by the prolong of the build over the many many years
build it they will come but holding these shares over that period of time not much to show for a base camp plus water, a smaller plant would have done years ago
build it small then they would have had it up and running and...
