I'm sure we can see where they are going with the phase 2 discussion. Timing - with a scoping study to coincide with debt close out - some additional offtake participation of equity - hopefully some NdPr continued price growth as forecast - all to coincide with the key equity raise component.
OPEX 35usdkg sounds very excellent - pretty sure it was 43usd previously! including credits from acid etc
