Chuck the loan seems to be taking its time from the angolans bank. Without it there would have to be another cheap cap raise. Then you have 30 million options execisable in nov 2024 at 5cents. How many of them holders have shares. Wouldnt you sell your shares if they were above 5cents and excercise your options and give the company that extra needed cash.
