Carrinho doesn’t need to wait until finance is sorted before signing the Offtake. Even binding take or pay offtakes all still have the one condition that the supplier has the product to sell. I think you even mentioned this yesterday.
Also, it’s more like we need the binding Offtake as a condition to secure finance.
And who knows, and it doesn’t sound like it, but once this Offtake is sorted maybe even Shanghai might come good on his promise for the $25m they agreed to. Maybe that’s what they’re still waiting for.
