A typical cr to sophisticated investors is highly unlikely but the announcement two weeks ago included the following;

"The remaining US$10M required to completeconstruction and commissioning is expected to be sourced from Angola’sagriculture-focused banking and lending sector and/or with development focussedinvestors, with which discussions are currently underway"

So there is a possibility of a new cornerstone investor buying something like a 10% or 15% stake in the project and I think the price will likely be the same as or similar to the last cr.

The company won't look desperate to do a deal now that it has an extra $6mill in the bank plus the Angolan banks with their quotas to fill so forget about a big discount being offered this time.
