Phase 2 construction design is still not complete.
Discussions with banks are enabled by government policy however this option should have been pursued earlier.
Cash burn for a company not even in production is ridiculous they are burning way ahead of what should be at this stage.
Lobster is cheap in Angola so where is all the money going.
Lot of post quarter talk still a lot of questions unanswered though.
