Just sitting back in denial with fingers crossed hoping for magic beans and miraculous resurrection. More like I am waiting for the liquidator letter to formalize my Capital Loss.
Is the below statement true?
A suspended share cannot be treated as disposed until a liquidators letter is issued.Those letter are shown here https://www.delisted.com.au/https://community.ato.gov.au/s/question/a0J9s000000Qs7M/p00220502
