I don't think there will be any dispute issues here, it's pretty clear this project will be under the new mining code, but makes you wonder what the management team must be thinking - is it worthwhile to continue doing business. I suppose given this is their job and they need a salary, they will likely keep going until an issue appears (if ever).
As noted by other posters, sounds like it will be really difficult to raise enough capital to go mining so the best plan is probably to prove up a resource and sell it. I wonder what management are thinking.
