    "Moving forward, the next key milestone (14) is to establish a Joint Venture and/or Offtake Agreements with a Tier
    1 miner     or steel mill. The purpose of this JV will be to fund and develop the Iron Bear Project to Decision To Mine
    and then provide the resources to support the CAPEX of a large scale, world class mining operation."

    Looking forward to getting someone to inject some cash and move this forward.
