Prior to this latest placement, EUR owned 11.27% which would prevent a takeover, and TS via Okewood owned 6.97% plus some in his own name. Nearly 19.5% owned or controlled by TS. It would be hard to mount a takeover, you would not get 100%. My estimate is over $US200B in profit in the resource without the hematite and without the proposed increase in resource.
