The 14million ozs is not worth even thinking about it is inferred, the probable is probably a better indicator and it is 780,000 ozs.

I don't know if GBZ has a DFS or a BFS but CTO has neither, they are relying on historical mining data and some so called trial mining along with new and old core samples.
CTO also has almost 3billion shares on issue, about 3 times that of GBZ.

There have been a number of deals over the last 2 decades all of which failed for various reasons. There is no doubt all and sundry have looked at this company and even with gold at close to A$3000 oz none of the majors have made a takeover bid, this speaks volumes in my opinion. All my humble opinion of course and not investment advice.
