According to a DNK Investor Presentation 2021, before they raised approx AU$21M, AFC ,who have a nominee board member, Taiwo Adeniji held 16.6%, so maybe now about 14%, Well Efficient, who have a nominee board member Ms Zhang Jing held 10%, so now maybe 8% last 3Y suggests Corneilus Exec Director holds about 3.9%, don't know about other related parties and E25 anymore but from Market Index Info it looks like L Cornelius and E25 have sold-is this a sign? Cornelius has held office for almost 12 years, Jing 8 years and Donaldson 10 years tenure- that's a long time by any standard. But to answer your question i estimate the Nominees and Cornelius hold 26%. Looks like AFC holds the most shares and its a Development Bank-my bet is they'd love to cash in their chips and deploy their winnings and make a return on their capital elsewhere?
