The only way this one will wind up is if the relevant authorities call it time or a debtor / s call in their outstanding debt. They really haven't got any thing left to sell other than a dream which seems to be keeping it alive at this stage IMHO. There seems to be a number of un-named investors that seem to come to the rescue just when it looks like it is finished, very much like the un -named interested parties that have been in discussions for the last decade or so.
