    Eritrea has the obvious well publicized jurisdiction risks, and its tax rate looks to be over 50% higher than for equivalent asset sale transactions in Aus.
    Why is Cornelius steering investor funds into this? Is the board taking its responsibilities seriously? Has Cornelius ever started a company before or has he always just walked in?
