Q1 24 Quarterly report states" Cornelius visited Eritrea and met with ENAMCO & MOEM and that the Application was proceeding through a standard process". Q2 24 Quarterly "the company met with the MOEM and we are told the application is going through the standard process. Q3 24 Quarterly "application is progressing to final stage".

It's almost 12 months, three in country visits, for 1 application in a country with absolutely ZERO exploration activity only two operating mines, both of which are Chinese owned and operated, Bisha and Zara.

This is NOT a reasonable strategic decision.
